1. Costume Condition
We take pride in providing high-quality, clean, and well-maintained costumes for your event. All costumes are inspected prior to rental to ensure they are in a condition suitable for use.
2. Rental Agreement
2.1 Payment: Rental fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of the rental period. Accepted payment methods are online payment and bank transfer.
2.2 Rental Period: The standard rental period is for a single event. Where possible, costumes will be provided at least 3 days prior to the event date to allow for fitting and minor alterations.
2.3 Costume Exclusivity: We will make reasonable efforts to avoid renting the same costume to multiple clients for the same event date. Clients must provide the event date at the time of booking.
2.4 Booking Confirmation: Costume reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We cannot guarantee availability without a confirmed booking.
2.5 Sizing: While we strive to accommodate sizing requests, specific sizes are subject to availability. Minor alterations, such as pinning or temporary seam adjustments, may be necessary. Costume size information will be provided at the time of rental.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Costume Care: Costumes must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to us before the event.
3.2 Perfume Use: The application of perfume directly onto costumes is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be levied for costumes returned with a strong perfume odor.
3.3 Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to costumes beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor stains, small tears, missing beads, or zipper malfunctions.
3.4 Irreparable Damage or Loss: Clients are liable for the replacement cost of any costume that is lost, stolen, burned, or irreparably damaged (e.g., extensive staining).
4. Returns
4.1 Return Deadline: Costumes must be returned on the day immediately following the event date. Late returns may incur additional charges to compensate for lost rental opportunities.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Client Cancellation: * Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event date. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date.
5.2 Costume Dissatisfaction: If a costume does not meet a client's expectations, a full refund of the rental fee (excluding delivery charges) will be provided, provided the costume is returned in its original condition before the event date.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Charges: Clients are responsible for all delivery and return shipping costs.
6.2 Delivery Address and Signature: Costumes will only be delivered to an address where a signature can be obtained upon receipt. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage incurred if delivery is attempted at an unattended address.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Our Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount of the rental fee paid by the client.
7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental of costumes, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or any other economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.3 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any incidents or damages occurring during the use of the rented costumes.
